RATES
Rates are negotiable within the range of
prices quoted depending on length of booking and
preparation of itinerary
• Daily rates quoted for tours include chauffeur
accommodation and meals
• Daily rates do not include entry fees
or activity fees, clients meals or accommodation
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
All bookings are subject to cancellation and refund
conditions. We advise you to make sure you understand
the terms and conditions as set out below.
• Bookings will incur a deposit of 50% of
the cost of the booking payable on confirmation.
• Any booking cancelled 48 hours prior to
commencement of service will forfeit 50% of
the full booking cost.
• Any booking cancelled 24 hours prior to
commencement of service will incur a
100% cancellation fee.
• No refunds will be made once service has
commenced.
• No-shows will incur a 100% fee.
We accept all major credit cards except Diners.
BOOKINGS
Bookings can be made via email or phone, with
confirmation phone calls or emails back to international
clients 36 hours prior to the client’s journey.
The price is set on an hourly basis, per vehicle.
We are available 24 hours a day, seven days a
week.
