CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
All bookings are subject to cancellation and refund
conditions. We advise you to make sure you understand
the terms and conditions as set out below.
• Bookings will incur a deposit of 50% of
the cost of the booking payable on confirmation.
• Any booking cancelled 48 hours prior to
commencement of service will forfeit 50% of
the full booking cost.
• Any booking cancelled 24 hours prior to
commencement of service will incur a
100% cancellation fee.
• No refunds will be made once service has
commenced.
• No-shows will incur a 100% fee.
We accept all major credit cards except Diners.
LIABILITY
Any expenses, disimbursement and legal costs incurred in the enforcement of any rights contained in a contract for services shall be paid by the customer, including any reasonable solicitor’s fees or debt collection agency fees.
